Amy Talks About Fear and Doubt With Alena Chapman

My 30 Minute Moments radio interview with Alena Chapman was AWESOME! We talked about real stuff. Like… how to be focused, driven AND grounded, which is a pretty tricky combination. We talked about fear, and I shared how I deal with it on a daily basis. And… we spoke about the value of meditation – especially for those who are NOT “meditation people.”

But… what I got inspired to share with you from this interview is my approach to daily organization that anyone can follow and that will set you up for success. We are talking easy stuff – “organization for dummy’s” – stuff that keeps me on task every single day.

Organize for Success:
Create a daily commitment statement. Unlike an affirmation, (i.e., I’m worthy) that doesn’t require you to “do” anything… a commitment statement is a statement of action – something you commit to doing. For example, “Celebrate your worthiness today.” This is actionable – you can do that. You can make a list of things to do to celebrate your worthiness:

1) Tell yourself you’re worthy throughout the day 2) at the end of the day, write out your accomplishments. 3) Write out your goals for the week. 4) Write out the actions you need to take to achieve your goals on your whiteboard/to-do list. 5) Add your goals to your calendar, or your To-Do list.

Now actually go and do them!

That’s it!!!

Check out my quick video below – I’ll walk you through it – my exact daily morning process – with my whiteboard and all.
