Working with experts to get their message out there to the world allows me to see incredible mastery of knowledge and skill they have acquired in their field. Often though, when the individual is venturing into a genre that is foreign to them, media or public speaking specifically, I can witness an all too common battle;  as new skills are needed and shortcomings are exposed,  I may find I have ringside seats as self-esteem takes punch after punch from their critical self .
